Just like many of you, I was looking for a good time this New Year’s, and I found it! Unfortunately, I experienced some weird ableism first, and was denied access to a party called Bushwig in Brooklyn that I was really looking forward to. In this interview with my beloved friend, Fritz Von Fuckup, I detail not only what happened that night, but also why it’s a problem for our wider queer and disabled communities, and what we can do about it as performers and friends.
