RW: There were a lot of challenges to the shoot today. One is realizing that maybe you’re left handed, and you’re going to block the shot if you’re going to spank her from one side. TH: I’ve been directing a lot lately, so it was a little bit challenging to not go into control freak mode. RW: Kind of the beginning of Roger Wood’s coming out of illustrious porn experiences.

TH: Yeah. What motivated you to do that?

RW: I feel that a lot of our community being queer, if not most or all was repressed growing up sexually. This is an amazing venue for us to put it out there how we feel we are sexy, with the people we feel sexy with in ways which we feel sexy. This is one of the most liberating experiences ever making queer porn. Getting it out there and having it out in the world to see so people don’t feel so alone in their amazing sexy queerness. Yeah.

TH: Yes, right on! God, that’s so eloquently put. I’ve been doing porn for a couple years now. I’ve been really fortunate that almost all of the porn I’ve done has been local, almost all of it has been queer, and almost all of it has been women directors. I love it so much. [Laughs] I had been doing other kinds of sex work before. I was motivated to do it because I’m an exhibitionist, because of this community that you’re talking about was out there, and I had a lot of role models to look up to and people I was excited to work with. And I got stuck.

RW: You got stuck?

TH: From the second I started doing porn I knew this is what I’m going to be doing for a while.

RW: So you got hooked?

TH: I got hooked yes, not stuck. It’s got its claws in me, that porno monster. The reason I wanted to do this with you today because I think it’s a pretty exciting opportunity and wild opportunity that I have in my life right now to show everybody on the internets how hot our sex is and how hot you are.
