[Intro music]
[Camera crew chats excitedly]
[Shine Louise Houston, off camera]
Can I get a clap, somebody?
3 – 2 – 1 and… [claps]
Boom!
– Contact!
[Shine, whispering]
Aw, I used to love that show!
Vivienne: How did you enjoy the shoot today?
Golden Curlz: I enjoyed it immensely.
Vivienne: Ooh, “immensely!”
Golden: Yeah! I got to try new things. I’d never tried the TENS unit. And I got to try new people. Like you. [Laughs]
Vivienne: Try me out, huh?
Golden: Yeah!
Golden: It was great! It was fun. Yeah. I had a lot of fun. How did you enjoy the shoot today?
Vivienne: I had a frickin’ blast. You’re a lot of fun to play with. Yes, we had never played – or we haven’t been together before – but you’re really responsive and a fucking brat and I really love that. I like it.
Golden: Yay!
Vivienne: I love all kinds of things but… yeah. You’re a good brat.
Golden: Yay
[Vivienne mumbles]
Golden: What daddy?
[laughs as Vivienne mumbles more]
Golden: I didn’t mean it. I was kidding.
Vivienne: [Mumbles] How does that feel?
Golden: Good
Golden: So what was challenging for you, if anything?
Vivienne: I like to plan things. And I had all these things that I wanted to do to you. And there just isn’t enough time. There’s never enough time. So, later.
Golden: Yes.
Vivienne: Yes. What was challenging for you?
Golden: I’m always a little bit nervous. Like, I enjoy… I don’t know… I think I’m a little bit nervous
to have sex with new people. Especially people that I know in my real life.
Vivienne: We’re friends! Friends!
Golden: I know, which is why I want to do it the best. At least with stranger as you’re able to… if you fuck up, you know, hey don’t know!
Vivienne: But you know me.
So like…
– I’m going to see you again!
Golden: I know! [Sarcastically] Oh, god. Embarrassing.
Vivienne: I don’t think you have anything to be embarrassed by.
Golden: I’m, I’m actually, this is probably the most comfortable with a friend…on set. Or like. Yeah, on camera and I think it’s cuz we were both…we both do domination and we both like…
– Yes. Sex workers!
Yeah! SW for SW.
[Laughs]
[Black nitrile glove slaps on]
Getting out of all your predicaments…
Is that what you want?
[Golden moans yes]
I’ll give you more of this!
Golden: So what are your safe(r) sex practices?
Vivienne: Well, one of the most important ones is communication. So we talked. To you about what your boundaries are and what your practices are commonly and what you wanted to do specifically for this shoot with me especially since we have never played together before.
Golden: Yeah.
Vivienne: I told you my boundaries and we agreed to… I agreed to use gloves inside of you, not outside but inside. And condoms over all the toys. Which. I’m sorry I didn’t get to use the Dragon dildo. I’m sorry again.
[Shrugs]
We did so much.
Yes we did.
Do you have anything to add to that? Safer sex practices?
Golden: For me… For me, safer sex means condoms on toys with people that I use with multiple people – with toys that I use on multiple people – Communication is always the foremost sex practice for me. It’s really important both in my private and professional life to be really honest and open about what’s going on with me, both physically and emotionally.
Cuz I think that’s a huge part about sex that people often…want to neglect or they’re like “Oh, whatever I feel like shit, but I’m still going to have sex today.”
Vivienne: Like, maybe…. you shouldn’t… I don’t have to put the whole butt plug in you if it’s not gonna go in you…
Vivienne: Something that I wanted to add to that is specifically for BDSM and kink practices we had negotiations about safe words and body issues or flexibility issues, health issues that might come up and especially doing all the electro play on you, make sure you don’t have a pacemaker or anything like that. And I felt good about that. I felt like we communicated really clearly beforehand and try to communicate during the shoot as well as about things that felt good or if things weren’t working out
Yeah, and it’s never a big deal and it feels like, “Oh, this is… what it is.”
It’s normal.
Yeah!
It’s Normal for Normal.
LOL.
Wish I were normal.
Yes.
Oh, yeah.
Oh god yeah!
Fuck, yes! Please don’t stop!
[Golden comes]
Golden: Why do you continue to do porn?
Vivienne: I had a lot of fun last time and I wanted to have fun again. And I was very excited about having fun with you, dear friend. And we both like cake and I really like being able to show that like people like us can fuck and do terrible things to each other and communicate about all that stuff and have an amazing time. Yeah, that was one of the reasons. Of many reasons. It’s great to shoot at the CrashPad. I feel comfortable. What about you?
Golden: Well…I’m a sex worker. It’s is my job and… it’s a job that I love to do. And I think I wanted… Um… Yeah, I think I continue coming back to CrashPad because they’ve consistently been just like dope ass people and always willing to work with us and work with different types of sex workers. And different types of bodies in general, which I think is…
Vivienne: It’s important.
Golden: It is!
Vivienne: Are we gonna change the industry?
Golden: Let’s do it. All right, so that’s what we’re going to do now.
[Laughs]
Golden: Good plan.
Yeah! Step one.
Golden: Step one: have sex.
[Laughs]
Golden: Step two… talk about it.
[soft chuckles]
[Golden exhales a big sigh]
Golden: [whispers] Thank you
Vivienne: You’re welcome
[Shine, off camera] Awesome! Thank you!
Golden: Yay! [Applause]
Golden: Good night! [laughter]
Golden: The one thing I do want to say is, SESTA and FOSTA suck. It’s really affecting sex work. Not just. I mean, there’s so many different types of sex work, so it’s doesn’t make sense to say just one type of sex work. It’s affecting everybody and I think… Our governments being a little trash right now to sex work, to sex workers.
Vivienne: Pretty trash. Pretty trash.
Golden: We should all give our money to sex workers.
Vivienne: I agree. I think that would be helpful. I think something that stands out to me about SESTA/FOSTA is that it disproportionately affects different groups of people. So it’s very easy to continue to not see how it affects –
Golden: Yeah.
Vivienne: – the most vulnerable which it was [supposedly] meant to protect. Which it doesn’t. It makes it more dangerous for people to do sex work.
Golden: Yeah. Especially outdoor sex work.
Vivienne: Yeah.
Golden: Very privileged to… be here.
