ROBIN: Basically pull you in.

CODY: Yea.

ROBIN: Like that.

CODY: We went on the diagonal.

ROBIN: We’ll manage like we’ll like readjust.

CODY: Yea.

ROBIN: It’s just gonna be easier if like it’s not walking to then like stand here. I think.

CODY: You’re bringing me in? Okay.

OFF SCREEN: Alright. We’re ready? Okay… Hold on! Hold on! Hold on! Hold on! Sorry… okay, you good?

ROBIN: Yea.

OFF SCREEN: Okay, alright, and action.

[[cut to interview :58]]

ROBIN: How’d you enjoy the shoot today?

CODY: Oh man, it was so fun. It was really great, um, getting to be intimate with you, getting to come to the space, meet the CrashPad folks. I’ve always really enjoyed this work it’s super meaningful to me and it’s really great getting to have fun with you and kinda get back a little bit.

ROBIN: Cool, I’m glad. I really enjoyed the shoot as well, like, just seeing what you’d be like you know we talked about it ahead of time but it’s always a little uncertain how well it’s gonna like go off but it did and really nicely and I think we did really well.

CODY: Totally. Yea, I had a good feeling about you. I like the way we communicate. Everything’s like really out there and straightforward. There’s not a lot of ambiguity. So that makes me feel really comfortable.

ROBIN: I like that too. Blunt, just direct communication.

CODY: Yea. Clicky-clacky.

ROBIN: I really enjoyed- I think that the vague idea of what we were gonna do worked really well.

CODY: Yea, like the outline.

ROBIN: The slapping was great!

CODY: I was so good! I had so much fun with that.

ROBIN: That was a really good idea

CODY: I thought that really set the tone.

ROBIN: I agree.

CODY: Yea.

[[cut to scene 2:20]]

[Gasping and panting as Robin and Cody repeatedly slap each other in the face.]

CODY: Yea, so, um, what was hard for you? What was challenging about the shoot today?

ROBIN: Probably one of the things for me was that it was the first time having sex with you.

CODY: Yea.

ROBIN: And so there wasn’t any memory of things that I knew you liked or didn’t like and we talked about it but it was like, you know, like just trying to keep everything in—in…. (long pause) words are dropping out of my head.

CODY: Yea, I felt like I was so excited and I felt like it was kind of hard to pace it out like I felt like things went a little faster than I wanted them to. It was also interesting like being on camera is not something I’ve done before. I feel like the way that we talk to each other is different than it might be if it was just the two of us and I wasn’t worried about breaking character, like, I wanted you to choke me harder but I didn’t know how to say that in a way that was not gonna like –

ROBIN: Right. And also I feel for me that’s something that – I can do the Dom thing but it works best with familiarity where I’m like “Okay, I exactly where your limit is” and then I can push you towards it.

CODY: Right, that’s like hugely experience –

ROBIN: But like with somebody new it’s so hard to go over that edge like a toothpick and freak someone out.

CODY: Totally.

ROBIN: Not my thing so much.

[[cut to scene 4:20]]

[Cody pants and moans as Robin prepares a dental dam to go down on Cody.]

ROBIN: I’ve got this side do you wanna take care of that side?

[Cody laughs.]

ROBIN: Alright, do you wanna put something on?

CODY: (whispers) Yea.

[Cody spreads lube on one side of the dental dam and also on their own parts.]

[Cody helps Robin with covering their own parts with the dental dam before Robin goes down on Cody.]

ROBIN: So what are your safe sex practices and why?

CODY: Um, (laughs) I always have the conversation with my partners before I’m intimate. It’s really important to me to not just skip straight to sex without figuring out where you are with each other.

ROBIN: Mhmm.

CODY: I get myself tested every time I have a new partner. I really appreciated that I asked to use a dental dam when we were doing the oral sex scene. It made things a lot more comfortable for me and I’m glad that it wasn’t a problem for the producers, for you, for anybody.

ROBIN: Yea, totally. I’m really into just like… with the exception of a partner generally that’s more serious and like we’ve both been tested and you know where each of you stands like just not having fluid contact. Or aside from maybe kissing or something like that. That’s a way to keep a really nice – like I feel really good about it, don’t have to worry about things and it’s also just a nice… I feel like it’s easier to say to someone “I prefer no fluid to fluid contact” than it is to have a – well at least for me – it’s easier to do that than to be asking for safer sex things like it’s a different way of asking it.

CODY: Mhmm.

ROBIN: I like that. I get tested like every few months basically depending on how actively I’m doing it and stuff.

CODY: Yea, totally. I haven’t had a lot of partners lately so the frequency of me doing that is kind of going down a lot. I haven’t been worrying about it as much.

ROBIN: Yea, same. But like gloves for me are something that I can do without or at least for wearing with another person obviously depending on other factors. I mean there’s solid skin there unlike mucous membrane so it’s generally safer and obviously there’s a limit to how safe you can be and then it’s just figuring out where each of you is comfortable.

CODY: I mean people don’t always talk about consent stuff in the same breath as the same sex paradigm. But I feel like that’s something that’s on my mind a LOT.

ROBIN: Absolutely.

CODY: And one thing I really appreciated about this was just how incredibly explicit everything was.

ROBIN: Mhmm.

CODY: My need for that can actually kind of get in the way of sort of like naturalistic intimacy. So bringing that into this setting actually made things a lot easier for me than it might have been.

ROBIN: Cool.

CODY: Yea.

ROBIN: Yay!

[[cut to scene 8:09]]

[Robin moans while using a wand vibrator on her parts and Cody gives her kisses on her face, neck, and chest and pinches her nipples.]

[They both sit up and Robin tries to take off Cody’s pants.]

CODY: I consent.

CODY: So you’ve shot for CrashPad before, right? So what made you decide to come back today?

ROBIN: I love this studio, I love the crew, and I don’t have a lot of experience with porn or with shooting porn. This is like my third shoot. But I feel really comfortable here which is really important to me because I feel like it’s kinda hard to find that in a way where I can be what I want to be and I can express myself and I’m not gonna have people like putting words in my mouth or calling me things that I don’t want and it’s just a really chill space too, like you can just be drinking coffee and being kind of somewhere between dazed and grumpy but like in a really good way.

[Cody laughs.]

ROBIN: And it’s wonderful. So I mean that’s like a major reason for coming back and also I like being in porn. It’s fun. So I wanted to come back here. But this is- is this your first shoot?

CODY: Yea it was.

ROBIN: And so what brought you here then?

CODY: Well, you most approximately! You know, we were having a conversation and you were like “Hey do you wanna come to CrashPad and make a porn?” and I was like “That sounds amazing!” I love this studio, I love this aesthetic, I love the huge diversity of bodies that are represented here, I love being able to go to a website and see people like me being joyously intimate. I’ve wanted to do something with CrashPad for a long time but I haven’t had a partner to do that with and just applying to be a model without somebody in mind didn’t feel right to me. So this felt like that opportunity I’d really been waiting for and I was really excited to get to take it.

ROBIN: Cool, well I’m glad that I asked.

[[cut to scene 11:12]]

[Robin and Cody are lying together naked catching their breath.]

ROBIN: Are you feeling pretty good?

CODY: (nods) Okay.

ROBIN: Alright we’re done. (talking to person offscreen)

(laughter in background)

CODY: (sighs) Do you wanna go out on something?

OFF SCREEN: No. That’s good that worked.

CODY: Like heavy eye contact or… just like…

(lots of laughter in background)

OFF SCREEN: So rad.

ROBIN: We could just continue to lie here like covered in sweat for a minute. (giggles)

CODY: Yea, that’s awesome.

OFF SCREEN: Yea we’ve done that before it was awesome. It’s an extra. It’s great.

[Robin plays with Cody’s lips with her finger.]

ROBIN: Great. I always like to hear that we’re awesome.

CODY: Yea?

ROBIN: Yea, I had fun.

CODY: I’m feeling pretty awesome.

ROBIN: (giggles) That was fun.

CODY: You think?

[Cody and Robin hold hands and kiss.]

OFF SCREEN: Alriiiight! Thank you.

[[cut to interview 11:55]]

ROBIN: I would like other stuff that you’re thinking but what do you feel like is there anything that you have to say or comment on that you haven’t said yet? Any feelings or thoughts?

CODY: Um, well, I guess the dynamic of performing for a camera is kind of new to me and I thought it was really hot. I really get off on exhibitionism. It adds another dimension to my sexual performance that I feel is really motivating and really like sort of incurs me in a way like sometimes I feel like I can just get lost in sex and not really know where I’m going or what I’m doing and I didn’t feel that at all today. It really felt like there was a lot of purpose behind it.

ROBIN: Good.

CODY: How about you?

ROBIN: Um, I don’t really feel like there’s anything I have left to say really other than I enjoyed it. I’m glad we did it and I’m just really enjoying this coffee a lot.

CODY: Yea totally.

[Robin giggles.]
