(laughing and off screen chatter)
OFF SCREEN: Sorry… alright. ??? Alright! Here we go…
LYRIC SEAL : Mmm… I really do want a lipstick boy in regular life.
OFF SCREEN : Alright, Here we go… and action!
JOEY MINX : How did you enjoy the shoot today?
LYRIC SEAL: I liked it a lot. Um… I thought that it was really fun, I liked that we… I don’t know, I just feel really comfortable with you and really safe with you, and I think you’re really cute.
JOEY MINX: You too
LYRIC SEAL: Yeah. And I liked that we stayed in character the whole time, but we’re also still ourselves. I just thought it was well rounded and fun, and I got off, so you know, yeah.
JOEY MINX: Great. (Giggles)
LYRIC SEAL: How did you enjoy the shoot today?
JOEY MINX: I had a lot of fun. I have like a lipstick fetish, like a lipstick smearing fetish that was like so good. I think my favorite part when was I was, like, fucking you, you’re naming off all the different kinds of makeup. I was like, yes! Umm, but yeah, I had a really good time. I think, I don’t know. I’m super comfortable with you too, and um, I’d been excited about doing that scene so… it happened!
LYRIC SEAL: Me too. (???)
[Cut to scene [00:01:43.13]]
JOEY MINX: Something tells me you’re going to take ??? make me come.
LYRIC SEAL: Eyeliner
JOEY MINX: What else?
LYRIC SEAL: Mascara.
JOEY MINX: What else?
LYRIC SEAL: Eyeshadow, blush, foundation, bb cream.
JOEY MINX: You be creative.
[Cut to interview [00:02:06.06]]
JOEY MINX: What was challenging about the shoot today?
LYRIC SEAL: Umm, I don’t… I don’t know. I didn’t feel very challenged by the shoot, at all. I think… yeah, I don’t know, just… I was a little tired.
(Laughter)
LYRIC SEAL: But the shoot itself wasn’t challenging, I think, just… I’m trying to, like, explore my own, like, comfortability with topping and being more switchy in the future, cause I think I have like some toppy, bratty, nasty qualities that I want to explore more. But yeah, I didn’t really feel challenged by the shoot. I felt, like, we had an idea of what we wanted to do, and we like, pursued it…
(Laughter)
LYRIC SEAL: …to the smeary bitter end. Sweet, sweet, end.
JOEY MINX: Sweet end, yeah.
LYRIC SEAL: But yeah, that’s how I felt. What did you find to be challenging about the shoot?
JOEY MINX: Umm, I didn’t, yeah, it went well and it came fairly naturally. Which is surprising, ’cause I’m usually a pretty huge bottom.
(Laughter)
JOEY MINX: Umm, no, it was fun. I think, you know, we like got together beforehand and talked about it, and seemed super comfortable and just like rolled from there. But I think the most challenging was, just like, the anticipation beforehand, being like, “okay, I’m going to top somebody. I can do this. I got this.” But, like, you know. I had fun.
LYRIC SEAL: Yeah, I had faith in you
JOEY MINX: Thanks
LYRIC SEAL: You did great
JOEY MINX: Thanks
[Cut to scene [00:03:51.07]]
LYRIC SEAL: (Moaning)
JOEY MINX: What is it?
LYRIC SEAL: (Moaning)
JOEY MINX: Tell me.
LYRIC SEAL: (Moaning)
JOEY MINX: I’m desperate. If you want something, you have to ask for it.
LYRIC SEAL: (Moaning) I like that!
[Cut to interview [00:04:06.00]]
JOEY MINX: You’ve done porn before. Why do you continue to do porn?
LYRIC SEAL: I… have done porn before. A few times. Umm, I keep doing it because, I genuinely love it. I feel like, I really connect to it as an art form and as a type of education for myself and for other, you know, disabled, brown queer people and etc. Other magical weird creatures who want to have sex and want to feel like they can have sex. Um, I don’t know, I just really think that like, shame and a lack of education around our own bodies is like where a lot of really scary stuff comes from. And I… in our society, and… I really care about porn as a practice and as an art form, like, I really could cry about it every time. So, I keep doing it, because I love it, and I love the people that I get to work with, and um, and it’s a lot of fun.
JOEY MINX: Mmm hmm
LYRIC SEAL: Yeah. Why do you keep doing porn?
JOEY MINX: Umm, I keep doing porn because I really enjoy, I just, like you said, I really enjoy it and I really enjoy being able to, umm, I think it’s been like a healing process about being comfortable in my own body and like, kind of getting out of my comfort zone and discovering my exhibitionism and like comfort in that way. So I think it’s been really good in healing in that way. And it’s also, yeah, umm, probably of the experiences I’ve had which mostly have been queer porn, it’s been some mainstream stuff too, but I worked a lot of different jobs and I feel like this is the one where I’ve experienced the least, like, misogyny and the least, like, bullshit in that manner. I feel like, I’m, you know, as opposed to like a job where I’m being paid minimum wage and treated like you know, it’s like much better. I like it a lot.
LYRIC SEAL: Yeah
JOEY MINX: It’s fun, and I like to like, work with different people and meet people and… yeah. It’s great.
[Cut to scene [00:06:24.09]]
(Noise of rubber glove being pulled on)
LYRIC SEAL: (Moaning)
JOEY MINX: Please fuck you?
(Noise of second rubber glove being pulled on)
JOEY MINX: You’ve been really good this whole time. Sort of. Sort of. I’m being generous here.
LYRIC SEAL: You’re very generous.
JOEY MINX: I’m such good ??
LYRIC SEAL: You’re such a good ?? (Moaning)
[Cut to interview [00:06:55.24]]
JOEY MINX: What are your safer sex practices and why?
LYRIC SEAL: Umm, well, I am non-monogamous, and I feel like the best safer sex practices that I use consistently are um, communication and information. Like, staying informed about how things get transferred, umm, and like, STIs. And umm, actually knowing that and making sure I have a clear line of communication with all my lovers. Umm, and that they have a clear line of communication with their lovers, etc. Umm, and so, the amount of literal barriers that I use varies from person to person and situation, but umm, generally like gloves when any kind of like, fisting or like, higher impact penetration is happening. I like condoms on toys, and umm, yeah. It varies, if I know I have been tested and I know where I’m at and I know where someone’s at, I’m comfortable with where they’re at, like, I feel good about a pretty wide variety of barrier to no barrier. So, communication is my safer sex practice of choice. (JOEY : So true) So yeah, what about you? What are your safer sex practices and why?
JOEY MINX: Umm, definitely communication. Definitely getting tested regularly, is something that I, um, make sure to do definitely is something just for my peace of mind, and like, the safety of people I’m sleeping with. And yeah, I just like to let everyone know what’s going on. As far as barriers, I’m a pretty open person. If like, we’re both tested, we both have like, clear idea of who we’ve slept with and like everyone’s, yeah, status about certain things, I’m pretty open to using barriers or like, a variety of layers of that. Um, but, yeah, I think mostly it’s keeping everyone in the loop and getting tested and talking about things, but yeah.
[Cut to scene [00:09:19.15]]
(Joey using a Magic Wand on Lyric, various moans from Lyric)
LYRIC SEAL: Oh my god! Oh my god! Uh huh, uh huh! (Panting noises) Oh, yellow.
[Cut to interview [00:09:54.02]]
JOEY MINX: Anything else you’d like to say?
LYRIC SEAL: Um, I got a new cat.
JOEY MINX: Yay!
LYRIC SEAL: Well, it’s our queer family’s cat, he’s not just my cat. Um, but no, I uh, I wanna say that I don’t want the mandatory vague and confusing condom law to pass in the state of California, and that I really want to keep porn safe and legal, and um, yeah, and I love it and I love porn and I yeah… That’s what I want to say today. Do you have anything you want to add?
JOEY MINX: Just going off of that, definitely don’t want this law to go through and further stigmatizing sex workers and people who do porn and stuff. So, I really hope that doesn’t happen.
LYRIC SEAL: Yeah, me too.
OFF CAMERA : Thank you.
JOEY MINX: Thank you.
OFF CAMERA : That was awesome.
JOEY MINX: Yaaaay!
(Lyric claps)
