EMBER: Um, just kind of like echoed and felt a little odd… um, so I was definitely quieter… but (shrug) that was a small thing… Did you find anything challenging?

VALENTINE: Um, I found that the toy that you fucked me with was… very large (laughs).

EMBER: (agreement) Very large.

VALENTINE: But it was, it felt good, but it was also like, I was hoping my face didn’t make like tons of wincing, (laughs) like emotions, so.

VALENTINE: How do you practice safe sex?

(laughter)

EMBER: Um, well, when we’re together, covering up toys that aren’t necessarily body safe or don’t get clean as easily with a condom is, uh, something I like to do to keep us both safe. And, when we sleep apart, asking people their sexual health, if they’ve been tested recently, um, and what they’ve been tested for, and then determining the risk from there, ’cause, I know we want to keep each other safe, um.. (smiles) So whether we use barriers, or, uh, if we decide to, um, take a little bit of risk, kind of depends on the person’s sexual history.
