TOBI: It was really fun. I’ve been looking forward to doing a shoot with you for quite a while now.

TOBI: (laughing) so uhm but this was really a fun way to kind of reflect and and kind of symbolize a lot of these significant things about our relationship.

TOBI: So, what was difficult about the shoot for you?

BRIAR: Mmm, I don’t know it wasn’t that difficult. But uhm…

TOBI: What about leading up to the shoot? Any fears? Concerns?

BRIAR: Well, you know, well you know I definitely worry about like my body and how I look and worry that I look ugly or something and you know, I guess I was worrying about that like yesterday. (laughs) You know I keep being worried because I want to look cute (Tobi laughs) and so yeahh. But then I just came and did it and it was fun.

TOBI: You know, you are very cute.

BRIAR: Thanks. Youre very cute.

TOBI: I understand that because that’s kind of a recurring problem for me. I don’t know I wouldn’t say its body image stuff so much as it’s a dozen things to be concerned about and it’s really easy to be hypocritical and I just… yeah kind of have an ongoing difficulty always… I mean I’m pretty good at dealing with dissociation and being very present especially with you. But, it’s always something that’s ever present for me (Briar: Yeah) whenever I’m having any kind of sex and this is no exception. (Briar: Yeah) This is a little more difficult because it’s easier to get tripped up in what other people might be seeing or thinking so… (Briar: Yeah) I think it was hard for me that my body wasn’t working exactly the way I had planned. And I think part of that was because the difficulty dealing with everything in my head but also that’s just life, it happens (Briar: Yeah) and you figure out what you’re gonna do and you still have fun. And that’s what we did.
