Valentine: What was challenging around the shoot?

Cinder: Well, I eat fire and stuff as like another job. And so I burnt my lip, like, last weekend. So, like, kissing and stuff was like, okay, cool cool cool….But, like, other than, like, a physical challenge, like, there were none.

Valentine: I think… I think always there’s a little bit of a challenge, like meeting a new person. You’ve never really interacted with them. So I’m really happy that we decided to take our time. Yeah, because especially with, like, kink stuff and receiving impact.

Cinder: Most definitely. Yeah.

Valentine: My body had to kind of, like, sink into it. but it felt so good.

Cinder: I tried to go slow and, like, build up to things and just listen to what your body was doing and stuff.

Valentine: And like, also, like coming on camera is always like, very challenging and it’s not always as explosive as I wanted to be, but it’s like a nice release and it’s like.

Valentine: So my safer sex practices are I get tested every three weeks. I use barriers with people I’m not in partnerships with. Sometimes I don’t use barriers if we’re both agreeing to testing.

Valentine: And yeah, just a lot of communication and making sure I know where people are at. But I like fluids and so I try to, you know, just like sleep with people or like have clients because I do full service that, you know, are aware of that. And if they want something special, I’m like, okay, well you have to go get tested. And then usually they’re pretty like pretty agreeable with that.

Cinder: So that’s really nice.

Valentine: Yeah. Makes my job a lot easier.

Cinder: Testing’s really great. Yeah. Because like, I am in the same boat, like testing, the results came in this morning cause I got yesterday, you know, always, always, always test and like I do mine every like two weeks and everything and like barriers like if it’s something that is more casual or like, you know, all that there’s any sort of question, like if a test didn’t come back in time or whatever you know just make sure there’s a barrier in place. But I like fluids, too. Yeah. I’m like, I’m a fluid bitch. So yeah, like, I just prefer to just sleep with people, like, either on shoots where I know what the dynamic is or just in my personal life, just like people that I know and stuff. So, yeah

Valentine: If you do porn, why do you continue to do porn?

Cinder: I do. I do more content. This is like my first like pro thing. So yeah. But I do it because it’s fun and I enjoy myself and like, you know, like, why not? Like I’m a dominatrix and everything, so it’s like porn adjacent. And so I was like, Why not?

But I have continued to do it more selectively as I’ve gone along because I’ve been, you know, I’ve been in the industry for a really long time and I’ve – I was really excited to kind of like, jump at the opportunity to keep moving my way up through the rungs of the industry, but slowly became apparent to me that I’m like, okay, this is great and all, but not everyone’s serious about it.

Cinder: Yeah

Valentine: and it’s just very exhausting for me to kind of chase people down. And it’s like, if I’m going to work with people, I want to work with people because they’re excited to work with me. And we have a mutual goal. Which is like, make something really awesome and fun and artistic and, you know, we’re having a good time. Not just like, Hey, like we’re going to do it, and then I’m going to like, try to do a bunch of weird things… I have to see how many tricks I can do and. Yeah, you know, yeah.

Tricks are cool, but like, come on I don’t need to, like, stand on my head and like, you know, try to do a pile driver.

Cinder: And what the fuck, Right?

Valentine: Exactly. And my body’s changing, you know? And it’s like, like there’s just certain things I just I don’t feel drawn to anymore. So. But the times that I do do porn is creating a more intentional space for myself to, to, like, be my most authentic self.
