(Sapphire Sexcapade): How did you enjoy the shoot today?

JD: It was really fun. Yeah, it’s been a while since I’ve worked with somebody that I hadn’t really known before

SS: Mmm hmm

JD: ..and.. Yeah you were so fun to play with

SS: Good!

JD: Yeah I just really enjoyed getting to fuck you today

SS: Yeah

JD: What did you like about the shoot today?

SS: Um, you know I think that my favorite part was surprising fun chemistry

JD: Yeah

SS: Um.. yeah. And getting my fishnets ripped

JD: Your fishnets ripped.. yeah. That was a really, really hot moment

SS: [Laughs]

JD: For sure

SS: Yeah – chemistry and ripped fishnets is a good day. For me.

[Scene]

JD: ..tear them

SS: (Laughs) Tear them.

JD: Tear them off?

SS: Fishnets are made to be torn

JD: That’s true

[Interview]

JD: So yeah, what was challenging about the shoot today?

SS: Hmm.. challenging.. Um.. My shoes

JD: Your shoes?

SS: Yeah (laughs)

JD: What about them? Just.. having them.. when to take them on or off? Or..

SS: I just never really walk around in high heels

JD: Mmm hmm

SS: ..but I really like wearing them

JD: Yeah. They’re really hot

SS: I have..yeah.. I have like a conflicted relationship with them..

JD: Mmm..

SS: Like, I like them but I’m annoyed by them. Which is why they’re hot.

JD: Yeah.

SS: (Laughs)

JD: Well and like there’s some shoes that are just meant to be admired and like..

SS: Totally

JD: ..looked at, you know, that aren’t very functional, and that’s still great too

SS: Yeah

JD: Yeah. Yeah shoes and pants are always, like, a challenging part of like doing that, in like a.. like a smooth, like

SS: Yes

JD: you know, easy way.. like in something like a scene where you don’t really wanna like stop the flow to like, take off my tight hipster pants or whatever..

SS: Right

JD: ..so

SS: Wardrobe malfunctions

JD: Well, yeah.. absolutely. But yeah, I don’t think I found anything that challenging today, I mean.. I can talk about this in a minute, but definitely like this is like.. bringing up a lot for me just like emotionally.. it was like yeah, that this might be the last, like scene that I do in California.. um.. and it’s just, yeah. So that part is a little challenging to think about

SS: Yeah

JD: You know?

[Scene]

JD: I’m gonna grab a glove

SS: Yeah? Ok

JD: Don’t go anywhere

SS: I won’t (laughs)

[Interview]

SS: What are your safe sex practices?

JD: My safe sex practices.. so.. safer sex is something that’s really important to me. I’ve only ever done scenes, um, involving condoms, um, and I get tested every month.. um.. and then I negotiate with my scene partners about what we’re uncomfortable with doing barrier-wise, and that is the way that I prefer it. You know, I would like to see that everyone is able to choose the barriers that work best for them without like any kind of penalties, or any kind of like enforcement, or.. you know, like what works best for like the individual’s health and safety.. um.. but, yeah for me I like having condoms and I like having the option of using one or not, and having my test results every month, and knowing like what my partners’ risk factors are and having that conversation and being like risk aware. Yeah. What about you?

SS: I think that condoms and gloves are sexy, personally. So I actually have more fun using them, even if it’s like.. you know, in my private life

JD: Mmm hmm

SS: And I love to communicate (laughs)

JD: Yeah

SS: So I think that.. yeah, just being direct and communicative, and also just having fun using things

JD: Mmm.. Yeah.

SS: And coconut oil

JD: And coconut oil. Definitely. Coconut oil is great

JD: Yeah, no, I’ve um.. I’ve done a lot of porn. And I.. one of the things that was really special about today for me is um, Crashpad was the first place that I ever shot porn.. um

JD: That was my very first scene. And so it’s like kind of like this like cathartic.. um.. thing that it’s.. uh, what I’m shooting today, and like might be my last scene in California. Um.. because.. yeah I mean this is such a.. I have such a wonderful experience shooting for Crashpad and.. in general, just, yeah porn is something that’s been such a huge part of my life now for 7 years and, um.. I love it. I love being able to breathe like life in my fantasies, and like I’m super grateful for the people and experiences and opportunities that being in the adult industry has offered me for sure and like, I’m.. you know.. I don’t ever want that to stop, I hope this isn’t the end for me

SS: Right

JD: ..but.. um.. but yeah. It’s a.. it is like a reality that we might be dealing with in California. Um..

SS: Mmm hmm

JD: And what about you? Have you shot any porn before?

SS: No I haven’t.

JD: Oh. What interests you in doing porn?

SS: I like performing
