How do I log out?

Go to the bottom of the web page and click the link “log out”. The link will redirect you to the age page page.

I entered my password but I still cant get in.

Try retyping your password. Remember that passwords are CasE SenSetiVe. If you still cant log in make sure your cookies are enabled in your browser.

I forgot my password what can I do?

Email us at support at crashpadseries.com and we will send your password to the address you entered for your account. We are a very small business and a response may take up to 24 hours. Please take care to keep records of you account information.

How does the reoccuring billing work?

When you sign up for an Membership you agree to have funds electronicly dedected from you funds account every 30 days by our credit card processor Ccbill. We take messures that all member information is secure. See our privacy policy.

How do I change my Billing information?

Go to the member info page and select edit profile. Follow the prompts.

What’s a back log and how do I keep it?

By continuing your membership on a consecutive month-to-month basis, you will earn equity in the form of a back log. A back log is a personalized archive of the membership content (photos and/or videos) that expands with membership loyalty. Your back log begins with initial membership startup and will continue to archive content throughout your consecutive membership period. Gaps in subscriptions and/or failure to consecutively renew will result in a resetting of your back log to the earliest period of current consecutive membership.

The movies wont play. What do I do?

Make sure you have the latest version of Windows Media Player or Quicktime. Streaming movies require that you have nothing on your computer or network that interferes with the communications between our streaming servers and your computer. The following can cause blockage of these transmissions and therefore the inability to play streaming movies: corporate networks, hotel networks, badly configured home router, like a wireless network. If you have the download option in you membership download the clip to your hard drive and play from there.

How do I cancel my account?

Log in to the site. Go to the Member Info Page. In the Add/Renew subscription pull down menu select unsubscribe and follow the prompts.

What actions can suspend or terminate my account?

Any breech of our Terms of Use Agreement. That means do not try and make money off your membership. Don’t SPAM us. Be polite in your forum discussions and site comments. Any hateful terms or threats of violence are discouraged and may result in the cancellation of your account without notice. We reserve the right to decline your business in the future based on any previous violations of our Terms of Use.
