Shine Louise Houston: The first thing you’re gonna do is one of you is gonna give a clap in front of your face to sync the cameras. And then, one of you will ask the other “How did you enjoy the shoot today?”

Blair: I really enjoyed it. It was really fun. It was, uh, a little bit different experience then we’re then we’re used to. We’ve done this before. (Laughs) But, it was really cool, and, uh, you know. Robot cameras! Mysterious voices in the background! And being here with you.

Blair: How did you enjoy the shoot today?

Mistress Icona: I liked it a lot. It’s nice to … you know… I’m still recovering from bottom surgery. It’s nice to be able to not only be able to mess around after all these months of recovering, feeling not camera shy. It feels nice. Also, not — it feels nice, not just for me but also just like… I know that there’s another trans somebody out there who got bottom surgery or something who’s in the middle – not in the middle… right at the beginning of it can’t touch anything and just like ‘aaah this is hell’ and I hope that this helps remind people it gets better, faster than you think.

Shine: The next question to ask each other is “What was challenging about the shoot?”

Mistress Icona: What was challenging about the shoot for you, my love?

Blair: (sighs) Challenging was… this is going to be a silly thing, but the fact that this bed is smaller than our’s so I had to make sure that I wasn’t throwing myself one way or another — throwing you one way or another — and falling off the bed but also just trying to
… I think there’s always a little bit of trying to make sure that we’re not paying attention to the cameras you know, just… for me, the best performance, if you want to call it that, is to, is to go about how we normally do this. So. It’s mostly logistical things. Mostly logistical things.

So to just, you know. Although it was a little bit difficult to finish. So I guess it was that. What about you? Where there any, uh, what were the challenging aspects of the shoot for you, sweet?

Mistress Icona: Mostly just pacing myself with recovery and what I am or am not capable of doing right now.

Blair: mmhm

Mistress Icona: We definitely didn’t fully penetrate and the little penetration that we did do was like, like I was telling you, I was also getting pretty overstimulated at certain points

Blair: right, well, I think that… You know, I certainly had no qualms about, uh, your communication to me

Mistress Icona: likewise

Blair: We’re doing just fine there.

Shine: The next question to ask each other is “What are your safer sex practices and why?”

Blair: So sweetie, what are your – our – safer sex practices?

Mistress Icona: Mostly just making sure that we’re 100% careful with anybody that we fluid bond with

Blair: Mmhm

Blair: And at this point, I think we’re only fluid bonded with each other. Right?

Mistress Icona: Yeah

Blair: So, like… go us!

(High fives)

Mistress Icona: And for me, it’s one of those things of like, I’ve 100% been noticing quarantine but since I’ve been stuck at home all day – surgery recovering – it wouldn’t have made that much of a difference.

Blair: That’s true.

Mistress Icona: It just means that when I do finally go out when I finally emerge from our

Blair: Which we probably would have done anyway.

Blair: (Sighs) Um… Things are… still weird out in the world. I think that it’s not looking
as bleak and we’ll work on it. And nothing’s gonna be impossible.

Mistress Icona: And for me, I would say if you are a trans somebody who had bottom surgery even if there’s still a bunch of scars, even if some stuff healed up that wasn’t supposed to heal up quite right, and you still need to get some, whatever, touch-up surgeries, like I do, if you’re able to have sex, you’re able do porn.
