Behind the Scenes 242: Rain and Rose

(Rose is on the bed, wearing black fur and propped up on her elbow.)

OFF SCREEN: (unintelligible) Okay, okay good. Still Rolling. Alrighty, action when you’re ready.

(sounds of a door opening)

ROSE: Are you okay?

(sounds of Rain’s heavy breathing)

RAIN: Fuckin’ pigs tear-gassed me!

ROSE: At the protest?

RAIN: Yeah!

ROSE: Oh, come here, I’ve got something that can…

OFF SCREEN: Alright, let’s cut there, let’s cut there.

(laughter)

OFF SCREEN: That was really good. When you get to the door, give me just like three seconds (clapping) when you’re at the door. Don’t just move forward yet, stay at the door for a second.

RAIN: Okay. Cool.

(Rose flops back down on the bed.)

ROSE: (joking) Oh come here, I’ve got some spray under this pillow…(laughs hard)

OFF SCREEN: (laughter) I mean you guys lie down like… (unintelligible)

ROSE: I’ve got some hand sanitizer, let me spray it in your eyes.

OFF SCREEN: (laughter) Ok, if you want to start like, just laying down…

OFF SCREEN: And then you just pop up, like…

ROSE: Okay, I’ll pretend like I’m sleeping.

[Cut to scene 01:10]

ROSE: How did you enjoy the shoot today?

RAIN: It was good, I had a lot of fun. How ‘bout you?

ROSE: It was really good. I feel like I wasn’t as nervous as I thought I was going to be, and um…and yeah I feel like it was a really good experience overall.

(speaking at the same time)

ROSE: Thanks for doing it with me.

RAIN: Yeah, I definitely expected to be more nervous.

ROSE: Yeah.

RAIN: I felt a little nervous coming in, but it was all good.

(both nodding in agreement)

[Cut to scene 01:44]

(Rain’s ass is raised in the air as Rose stands naked behind her. Rose whips Rain’s ass with a cat o’ nine tails. She teases it across her cheeks as Rain spreads out on the bed.)

RAIN: (looking back at Rose) Harder.

RAIN: What was challenging for you about the shoot?

ROSE: Uh…what was challenging…was probably acting natural. And pretending that there weren’t like, three people with cameras circling the bed.

RAIN: Yeah.

ROSE: Which can you know, be hard to get turned on when that’s happening. But as time went on, it became easier, I feel like. I got used to it.

RAIN: Yeah. I kind of felt a little…I remember looking at the cameras a little bit and being like, “no, don’t look into the camera.”

(Rain lays naked on her back, a purple blindfold over her eyes. Rose leans over her.)

ROSE: Let me get gloves.

RAIN: Huh?

ROSE: Let me get gloves.

ROSE: (reaching under the pillow) Oh, they’re right here. Right where I keep them, near my pillow.

(Rose snaps a latex glove onto her hand.)

(Rain reaches between Rose’s legs and slips her fingers inside.)

ROSE: (whispering) Look out, this is gonna be kind of cold.

[Cut to scene 04:13]

ROSE: What are your safe sex practices and why?

RAIN: I’m tested regularly because obviously that’s a great idea. You don’t want to catch shit.

ROSE: Yeah.

RAIN: Um yeah, and then just checking in a lot. Making sure that the things that we’re doing isn’t, you know, something that’s hurting or making you uncomfortable or whatever.

ROSE: Yeah.

RAIN: Whenever it’s somebody that is a new partner, or just somebody that I’m fucking in some random situation…use condoms for that. But with us, or people that I’m involved with more, it’s more of a testing thing for me.

ROSE: Yeah.

RAIN: But, yeah. How about you?

ROSE: I’d probably say the same. Getting tested when I have a new partner, and…yeah, maybe that’s all I really do.

RAIN: You’ve got to be safer!

ROSE: I think I’m really safe.

(Rain is laying on the bed with her knees spread wide, moving a vibrator against herself.)

RAIN: That’s what acting is for.

ROSE: Yeah.

RAIN: Yeah, also I had a great time and I’m really happy that we did this. Definitely would be open to doing it again sometime. After like a six-month wait between people. But yeah, definitely like felt good about it and…yeah (laughing).
