VOC: Thank you

(Joan and Vai laughing, multiple voices at once)
[Cut to scene, Vai putting blindfold on Joan]
VOC: (unintelligible) in my shot.
Joan: We could (unintelligible)

Joan: How did you like the shoot today?
Vai: I liked it, very much. I enjoyed it, thoroughly. I… yeah, I just had so much fun with you and, I’ve never shot with a partner, and I’ve shot with, you know, lovers and friends and, but, never before with someone who I have such a close relationship with, and deep trust and everything, so, it, I really, really enjoyed it. How did you like it, the shoot today?
Joan: Um, yeah, I, I really enjoyed it too, um, it felt, I f-, I mean I felt really comfortable and um… yeah, it felt really… intimate, like it felt like were just doing what we do and, um… yeah, I mean I really like that we brought all of our special, sort of toys, like home-made things.
Vai: Mm-hm.
Joan: Just kind of flowed, I, I really enjoyed it. I don’t know it, was just really fun to bring our, like, ba-, like our special blanket and our basket full of special, home-made, like kind of, I don’t know, toys that you might not see people using all the time. I really, I just, and that’s like stuff that we’re into, and, it’s hot to us and-
Vai: Mm-hm.
Joan: And-
Vai: Bring our own flair to the-
Joan: Yeah-
(Laughter)

Joan: Yeah, okay.

Vai: (Moaning, pleading) it, maybe, too… it’s too early-

Joan: So what did you find challenging about the shoot today?
Vai: I think just the very beginning, just to start you know, once it, once we started then it, yeah, like you said, it just flowed and what did you find challenging, about the shoot today?
Joan: Um…, I guess similarly, just kind of a little bit, I had, I had a little bit of like, n-nervousness just with setting things up and then, um, yeah, then after that it just, felt really good, so, yeah, I think just kind of getting over the hump of the beginning, getting into it, so.
Vai: Mm-hm.
Joan: Um, so, how come you do porn, why do you keep doing this?
Vai: Well, I think it’s really fun and I like working with good people, everyone here is really awesome and friendly and it’s just, it feels like a really safe, non-judgmental space to do this kind of work, and it’s just really fun, so. And, yeah (laughs), so, it’s your first time, w-why did you choose to do-
Joan: Well, I mean you, you’d be asking me if I would and um, that was definitely motivation, ‘cause I knew that it was really hot to you, and um, and I was definitely curious, I also know, you know, I’m not like, that into, I’m really not that into porn, but it, what I do know about CrashPad I feel like, I feel really good about, just sort of that there’s so many different kinds of people represented and so many different sort of things that people are doing that are representative, represented, it feels really just sort of like positive, um, queer positive, body positive, and I really appreciate that, so, I guess that’s, that’s why…
VOC: Awesome.
Joan: Okay.
VOC: Thanks.
