[Intro Music]
Vic: How did you enjoy the shoot today?
Elle: I had a good time. I had a really good time.
Vic: Yeah? Did it – did it meet your…your thoughts that you had?
Elle: I mean yeah. For going in with nothing? Yeah. Like I’d say like it’s- it’s about what I expected. And you did a really good job sort of setting an expectation.
Vic: You did a really good job, too (laughs) Coming through and just showing up and being present and being very, very good as a sub. Yeah, I really enjoyed it. I enjoyed being close to you. I enjoyed, planning it out with you. That’s really fun for me. Knowing what you want. I really enjoyed talking with you about it beforehand and being able to kind of not only learn more about you, but be like, Okay, here I have a nice and nice like, tophet of parameters to sit upon
Elle: I really appreciate the… for lack of a better word, just like the, the experience you brought to it just because yeah with I don’t think I could do this with a complete stranger.
Vic: Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Well, thank you. That’s a very sweet, generous comment.
Elle: I’m a very sweet and generous person, yeah
Vic: You are! I saw how you did my boots. (laughs) Yeah, I mean, I had a great time, so it’s nice to be doing this on an afternoon.
Elle: I love that.
Vic: Not something else. (laughs) Cool. Did you feel like anything was…challenging or….
Elle: I think there were just moments where I became very hyper aware.
Vic: Yeah, that part.
Elle: You know, for a first time on camera. Yeah. Because I figured that would happen. And it did. So it’s not anything I’m, like, pressed about. Okay, like I’m very hyper aware. Let me try to pull myself back in.
Vic: The weirdness factor kind of takes away being present. Yeah, a little bit.
Elle: A little bit. Yeah.
Vic: It’s not like regular every day, necessarily.
Yeah.
– Yeah.
Vic: I felt this was very smooth. Smooth. And last time I did CrashPad it was my first time. So I think I felt exactly that same way. I’m like, okay, I’m hyper aware, but also just wanting to be present and sync in. So this time I felt a little bit more like, okay, I know what I’m doing I’ve got I’ve got some things we can play with, with each other and just wanted to be present with you, as – as you know, we were in a scene together and did the – what is it? The fourth wall. Was just like (whooshing sounds) you know? Which is like… I don’t think… I think that came with this being in another time that I’ve done this here. So, yeah.
Elle: What are your safer sex practices and why? (laughs)
Vic: I get tested monthly. I use barriers. I just also like, have disclosure and negotiation conversations with people. I track my cycle with a really cool app.
Elle: – Love that.
Vic: So I know what’s going on with that and can gauge what I might need to do to mitigate things with my body around that. Again, I’ve been trying to get on PrEP and, you know, local healthcare systems have been problematic, so I’m going to actually go down to the ones that are NOT problematic here in the San Francisco town and get it together. But generally speaking, I kind of have conversations with my partners and figure out what feels best and engage with practices that might not necessarily – Like, you know, do something different if something else is not really on the table or use barriers if it’s penetrative or, you know, all kinds of methods like that, you know.
Elle: I yeah, I’m basically on the same page. I am on PrEP. I just switched to the injectable one. That’s lovely. I love that.
Vic: Your little tushy
Elle: – Yeah, love that. I think also just as much as like physical wellbeing, like mental wellbeing, I feel like you can’t really be into kink or BDSM without some level of trauma and being aware of that and what your triggers are as far as that is concerned and making sure that that is not something that’s present in these spaces is always super important.
Vic: Yeah. I’m really grateful that you pulled that in because I don’t think that’s talked about enough. Just trying to hold that awareness of each other’s triggers Be able to have that conversation and be able to mitigate that 100%. So I think that’s that’s a wonderful, safer sex practice. Yeah.
So have you done porn before?
Elle: No
Vic: – No?
Elle: Frankly, no. (laughs)
Vic: What drew you in today?
Elle: I mean, transparency sake: money. But like, I mean, I wouldn’t be here without having an interest in it in general. Like, I, you know, I worked and I’ve worked in, like, a sexually charged environment, like in a in a customer facing role. And that was like, crazy. But I definitely feel personally that I have very low barriers when it comes to intimacy as far as like discussing it and existing in a space with it. Yeah, it’s – and like – I guess like, you know, I would not – I mentioned earlier, like I wouldn’t have done this with like a stranger, like, definitely. And just like the time that we’ve known each other had been like, I really like safe feeling person. Like, I don’t think you would have asked me to do this if, like – how do I put this… I don’t think you would have asked me to do this – or I would have like, accepted this offer – if it was like sketchy in any way.
Vic: – Sketchy randomo?
Elle: Yeah.
Vic: Some jabroni? (laughs)
Elle: With someone you mean at the back of Powerhouse, yeah.
Vic: Yeah. (laughs) Yeah, we met INSIDE Powerhouse.
Elle: Yeah, that’s okay. (laughs)
Vic: And I left early to Pakistani food because I was over it. So I feel like that’s also green flag behavior to me. This is taking too long. I’m hungry. Bye bye.
Elle: No, love that.
Vic: Yeah, well, I really appreciate hearing your reflections of feeling safe. That’s, like, paramount. That’s the number one piece here for me to engage sexually on or off camera with anyone. Yeah, I’ve. I made porn a lot in college. Tumblr porn days. (“old man voice”) Back back in my day
Elle: Yeah, that’s before my time.
Vic: 2006… 2007 LiveJournal la la la. Anyway, um. (“Old man” voice) I’m old! I was on Friendster. That’s not the point. Yeah, No, I – I’ve always loved making porn. I got into it, and then I did the Hump! Fest. That got me interested, and I made more after that. And so then moving to the bay, I was really excited to be like, able to apply to CrashPad because, you know, kind of being in the area here, it’s a lot easier to like, be called upon if you’re out here. So yeah, I just enjoy it. I love seeing queer people, queer sex, different types of interactions of intimacy go across the screen. You know, I obviously have watched my gamut of, you know, random porn that’s just kind of like, meh, you know? And so it excites me to be a part of kind of sharing imagination with other people and showing what’s possible and what can even be beyond what’s possible. And like there’s representation happening. So just excites me to kind of create scenes and play that way. So it keeps me coming back.
Elle: Yeah, like I definitely like even just doing like this slight bit of like skimming over at the website. I definitely have an appreciation for what is done here. Yeah. Like the intention behind it.
It’s all just really, just as someone that more so is in like queer spaces as opposed to like gay spaces because there’s definitely a difference.
For sure.
This is it has a better vibe.
Vic: Definitely. Yeah. And the decade or decades now of work that the studio done, I’ve always been really impressed by. But also it couldn’t have come at a better time because, yeah, you know, I needed the money too. Bless the psychic angels that bless CrashPad send us the ‘pad into the way.
Elle: Okay, yeah.
Both: Pineapple on pizza.
Vic: Look me in the eye when you’re saying this to me.
Elle: I am looking you in the eye;
Oh, you’re not even blinking.
– No
Vic: Yeah. I want your eyeballs to dry out.
(laughs)
Elle: Yeah, I was more likely to break. I knew that. And I went into way too confident.
Vic: I’ve got a lot of ammunition of bananas in my brain.
It’s a full-
Elle: – Well, it comes with age.
Vic: It does come with age. Yes, indeed. Yeah.
