A unique perspective of the adult film industry from queer women of color.
Created for the 2016 Queer Women of Color Film Festival, TALKIN’ PORN is a special CrashPadSeries.com short film that reveals behind-the-scenes conversations about the lives of queer and trans women of color workers in adult cinema.
The engaging behind the scenes interviews are inter-spliced with softcore but steamy episode excerpts and hilarious blooper outtakes. Ranging from new performers to porn veterans, featured performers share their experiences working in the industry. They describe the importance of representing diverse queer POC bodies, genders, sizes and abilities. They discuss navigating sexual health and safer sex practices on set and within their personal life. Finally, they revel in the reasons why they continue to work in the adult industry.
